This is the business plan for a complete motion picture studio and resort lodge to be located in Park City, Utah. This $126 million dollar project will include the development of the 85 acres studio, lodge/recreation center and 36 estate lots on approximately 25 acre parcels each. This 985 acre gated community is located approximately 20 minutes east of historic Main Street in Park City and just south of Rockport Reservoir. The property is about 35 minutes from Salt Lake City Utah.
